SEA BOATS PRODUCT LINE
JSC «VERF-77» was founded in 2020 by a group of specialists with more than a decade of experience in defense and security field supplying high-tech systems and providing operational readiness to Russian law enforcement agencies.
We are dedicated to creating and developing a leading-edge design and production process of high-speed marine crafts purpose built for protection of Russian maritime borders, anti-terrorist and rescue operations.
Our team has launched the production of three types of high-speed boats under the license from PT Lundin (Sweden, Indonesia).
VERF-77 has developed unique solutions for integration of Russian technology and weapon systems with PT Lundin's advanced boat designs. The project is underway, work schedules have been approved.

The project for the joint production of modern high-speed boats was launched in 2018.
In December 2021, the final technical meeting was held in Moscow between representatives of JSC Verf 77 and PT Lundin, dedicated to the start of boat production in Russia.
The meeting was attended by managers and technical specialists from both companies.
During the meeting, final technical decisions were made regarding the integration of Russian equipment and armament into PT Lundin's boat projects. Work schedules and timelines were approved.
At present, the first batch of hulls for the G7 "Raskat" project has already been delivered to the Russian Federation, with the installation of Russian armament, navigation, communication, and control systems planned.
The X18 catamarans will be equipped with Russian weapons. А 57 mm remote weapon system or «Derivaciya PVO» 57 mm. Up to four 12.7 mm gun mounts for KORD MG. Automatic grenade launcher 40mm.
The lead prototype of the X19 project is currently under construction at the PT Lundin shipyard. Technical negotiations are underway regarding the integration of Russian missile armament onto the craft.

- G7 offers the advantages of seaworthiness, stability and speed from an exceptional race proven triple stepped deep V hull. Created with vacuum infused carbon fiber, the hull is capable of withstanding structural impacts of more than 7G. G7 can be transported by air transport.

UNMANNED SURFACE VEHICLES COUNTERACTION
G7 is a high-speed versatile interceptor boat, a very important missing link in the lineup of small displacement battle ships. HULL
- X18 catamaran is a double hull high-speed maneuverable boat built using stealth technology. Hull design enables the use of heavy weapon systems. Cabin, doors and windows are protected with composite armor. The boat has a low visibility profile and the added advantage of shallow draft, giving it the ability to execute beach and river landings and insert or extract squads in shallow waters.
- Built with multilayered multidirectional carbon fiber composite with corecell foam core fused using vacuum infusion technology.
- The deck is covered in non-skid material. Boat color is chosen according to the customer's requirements.
- Cargo tracks on the deck and boat sides provide for custom seat configurations and cargo placement.
- Two towing points at the bow and high load towing point at transom. Aft deck can carry up to five tons of equipment and drones.
- Shock mitigating carbon fiber seats for crew and operators.

DESCRIPTION
The Fast Attack Craft (FAC) employs a modern “Wave Piercing” trimaran design. This allows the vessel to cut-through waves rather than rise up and over them, and the increased beam provides inherent stability. This combination of features reduces both pitching and rolling, creating a stable weapons platform, and enabling the vessel to comfortably and safely maintain higher average speeds in adverse conditions.
The FAC has “Stealth” design characteristics, and incorporate features that minimise detection by reducing Radar, Infra-Red, Acoustic and Magnetic signatures. Stealth properties are further improved as there are no reverse-angle bow overhangs to reflect radar signals, as seen on conventional hull forms. Weaponry, including missiles and naval guns, and the ships 11 m high-speed RIB, are discreetly concealed or shaped to meld into the superstructure profile.
The wide decks on the 63m FAC Trimaran also make it an ideal platform for carrying a helicopter, which extends the effective patrol range and capabilities of the vessel.

X3K Trimaran has a length of 62.53 meters, a width of 16 meters, a draft of 18.7 meters, a weight of 53.1 tons. A maximum speed of 28 knots and a cruising speed of 16 knots. The vessel was powered by four MAN V12 diesel engines with total power output of 7,200 horsepower (5.4 MW), which propelled four MJP 550 waterjets, with two located on the outrigger and the other two on the main hull. X3K has a maximum speed of 35 knots (65 km/h), with cruising speed at 22 knots (41 km/h).
She has a range of around 2,000 nautical miles (3,700 km) at 16 knots (30 km/h). The vessel has a complement of 29 personnel, including a team of special forces. X3K was planned to be armed with four and up to eight C-705 anti-ship missiles in enclosed launchers and a Type 730 CIWS in stealthy turret.
The vessel also able to be armed with Penguin or Exocet missiles and naval gun of up to 57 mm caliber without affecting the stability of the vessel. She also carried an 11 m high-speed rigid-hulled inflatable boat for the special forces team.
